I guess 90 % of spectators haven’t a clue why the ref is penalising players and awarding penalties. I watched a bit of an England game last week and a scrum kept committing offences and had to be reset many times, the commentary said the scrum had lasted 12 mins already and no rugby had been played in this time. A weird game.
