He is becoming a bit more flexible in his tactics and also more proactive with his subs. A long way to go but he is moving in the right direction and showing he can grow with us. The pairing of Wright and Horsfall at CB might be worth persisting with. Akil brings an additional aerial presence and more pace in the back line. We ar e lucky that Horsfall is comfortable on either side of a CB pairing meaning he can pair with Pye and Wright seamlessly.
