One of the great things about supporting County at a match is that our differences mean nothing. We have all shared moments hugging or celebrating with strangers and the only thing that mattered was that we were County fans, not that they were disabled, LBGT+alien, ginger, a snivelling turd, a bore, a bullshitter, an ex or a wannabe hooligan, rich or poor, and so on. I have no reason to think it won’t but I hope the new County Collective integrates rather than silos, assisting people into the County family who have a genuine need for help such as disabled people, or lonely old people rather than people who just have a different view on particular aspects of life.
