That is really nice. Well done VITA! I particularly like the flashes of red in it and I can only imagine the memories its inclusion will have rekindled in a dewy eyed Dosser as he recalls our first game as 'Stockport County' on that balmy Saturday afternoon in September 1890 when Dr Blades led his red & white heroes out on to the perfectly scythed Green Lane surface.
If you stand in Heaton Moor at 3pm on any September 13th and cup your ear towards Green Lane some say you may hear an echo through time of a young Dosser leading the chant of 'The Management Committee’s Red & white army' and '#### you Turton we're gonna win the league (when we join it next season)'.
