An additional striker/leader of the line doesn't need to be the one to score all or most of the goals. Their job it to receive the ball and then play in other players. And yes given the chance chip in with a few goals. When Wooton had to take time out because of his injury we didn't have a similar type player who could play that role with Madden, Olaofe and Stretton struggling to win any high ball lumped up to them from the back.
