    SCMP is the version of FPP that applies to League 1 and 2 teams. In League 1 and League 2, a wealthy owner can fund the club spending in a way that is not permitted in other divisions through donations from the owners to the club and injections of equity. Those inputs are counted as turnover, and clubs can spend up to 60% of turnover in League 1 or 55% of turnover in League 2 on player wages. That is how clubs like Salford survive.
