Looking back since the formation of the PL many clubs have struggled to survive particularly those that flirted in the PL & to name a few with the likes of Portsmouth, Swindon, Bradford & Oldham. Portsmouth over spent trying to stay there, Bradford struggling to get out of the 4th tier of English football. Swindon’s ground is falling to bits and like County the council have had to help them purchase their ground. As for Oldham they’re in a sorry state. Only Bournemouth as a small club by comparison to the big 6 seem to have had some success in the PL. Nah, I’d be happy with our ground being redeveloped and one day return to the 2nd tier of English football but on a more permanent basis than our last tenure in that division.
