Problem there is that if you become over-reliant on loan players to fill positions in the starting XI then you're left with a big gap at the end of the season when they're gone. You've still then got to go out and bring new players in. It's understandable for teams with a small budget but we're sufficiently backed financially, so we should really be looking at players that can come in permanently and take us up the leagues. That's what we've tried with Olaofe; time will tell whether he is able to find some form. He's not shown much with the time he's had so far. |
