MS has invested heavily in infrastructure - training facilities and backroom staff (including scouting network) - and it should be providing a return. There have been some failures - none worse than the apparently panic loan of the BFG from Scunny. That was v poor. You’ll always get players that are signed and don’t come off at the club. Evans and Lewis May we’ll fall into that category. Whitfield did - but that seems more about how we set up than down to him. Chally is also learning too. Still think he needs to be more proactive with his subs, which he seems to leave far too late but there are signs he is getting better at changing it up during a game.
