The downside of it is that the lower two divisions are now populated by a fair amount of dross with.crap grounds and bugger all fanbases. But that's an inevitable consequence of extending promotion and relegation in the way they did.That could only get worse if the door is opened still wider. A flip side of that is his argument about big teams at the top of the National League. Size shouldn't matter - it should come back to how good you are as to whether you deserve a Football League place His point about governance is a good one but also one that serves to highlight that extended promotion and relegation could further diminish the quality of the Football League as a competition.
