    Coop Pool League + Statue Push. Archived Message

    Coop Pool League.

    The Stockport County Supporters Co-operative are pleased to announce that we will shortly be starting a social pool league for County supporters to take part in.
    The league is open to all County supporters and will take place on the first Monday of every month, starting from Feb 6, @ Hazel Grove Snooker Club between 19:30-21:30 each session.
    We encourage players of all abilities to come down and get involved!

    You do not have to be a member of the Supporters Co-operative to take part in the league, but we do encourage you to join! https://countysupporterscoop.co.uk/join-today Membership is £12 for adults, £3 for 17–25-year-olds and £1 for under 16s.

    Help Us With a Final Push to Cover Statue Costs.

    We are in the final stages now before the scheduled unveiling of the magnificent life sized bronze statue of Danny Bergara at the last home match ( play offs notwithstanding) in May.
    We need to now raise circa £6000 to cover production, transportation and erection costs and thus ensure we make an absolutely brilliant tribute to a great man that will make every County supporter proud!
    A number of initiatives are planned, starting with another round of our popular `Make Us An Offer ` series.
    In this respect as part of this we are seeking match worn County shirts to auction. If you are able to donate one please drop it off at the Grassy Knoll between 1.15 and 2.15 ( Saturday home games)/ 6.15 to 7.15 ( Tuesdays) starting with Bradford on the 24th , or contact us at hedgegrower@gmail.com
