    Yep, 100% agree Deeds.

    Do I think everything in the garden is rosy? No, of course not.

    Do I think Chally has made some poor calls? Yes, absolutely. Recruitment of some players although it's still early days really. Lack of continuity from last season, the prolonged absences of Hippolyte and Croasdale from the team and the treatment of Hinchliffe to name the most significant imo.

    However, you don't go from hero to zero overnight as a lot of people seem to think. I'm convinced he can get it right but it would appear that initial expectations of back-to-back promotions will have to be rethought. Personally, I think a mid-table (11th to 15th) position would be acceptable this season.
