    I am probably going to be slaughtered for saying this but after we won the National League North, Jim said the players that did it have earned the right to show what they could do in the National League. We were 4th in that league when he was sacked.

    I have no problem with DC using the resources Mr Stott made available to strengthen the squad since we became National League champions and returned to the football league.

    But to expect eight new signings to immediately bed in at a higher level and instantly get results is a bit naive. I know that both Ben and Ash made mistakes in the opening couple of games but DC is contradicting himself - let's not be knee jerk in our changes he said. Hmmm.

    I also don't think having the ability to make five subs is helping us, too much second half disruption and today costing us valuable height.

    We should have introduced the new players more gradually and tried harder to keep a successful team together - we are scoring goals at this level and DC will get it right but defence is all about understanding and partnerships and it is better that new players don't have to learn that in the cauldron of the first five games of the season.

    And finally please put Ben back in goal. No issue with Vit but I felt he was at fault for Donny's winner and it's not fair on him when the whole team is under pressure.

    Just a few thoughts.
