Goes too far forward when in a back 3 and leaves holes at the back. Going forward is the wing back’s job in a 3-5-2. When we had 10 men and went to back 4, he was still going forward from right back when he needed to stay in defence. .Take a leaf out of Ryan Johnson’s book - that is how we should have played on both sides.
