Stockport County Supporters Cooperative Newsletter AGM Date Set. This week`s SCSC Board meeting via Zoom agreed the date for our 2022 AGM which will take place on Monday 7 November. Venue and other details will be published soon and with a number of board members looking to stand down this time there will be several board vacancies to fill via our usual democratic election process. In this regard we urge members to please consider stepping up and standing for election- the board is doing valuable work and working hard but we do need help and the positive boost an influx of fresh ideas would bring. Please look out for the usual pre-AGM documents which will be published twixt now and then, Meanwhile any questions on this please direct to info@countysupporterscoop.co.uk Sculptor in Town ! We are pleased to confirm that our chosen sculptor Hannah Stewart has commenced work on sketches and the preparation of the statue structure. The Supporters Cooperative and Help the Hatters are looking to invite Hannah down to Edgeley Park, possibly on a match day, to meet supporters and give them a first insight into her work and how the statue project is likely to progress. Hatters Half Marathon Update With race numbers building nicely another cracking race is on the cards for Sunday 4 September. Make a note of that date.
