    I came out of the ground muttering to the stewards that three more red shirts were needed on that pitch. It was 14 v 11 till Ash saw red. Utter abysmal officiating this afternoon, that said, we were 1nil up best form of defence is to attack and at that point I’d have brought Crankshaw and Hippolyte on. Instead we sat back and let them come at us.

    Finally, after only two games I note that the keyboard warriors are out in force. My advice, give your heads a wobble and remember where we’ve been for the last 11 years. Early days yet it’s a marathon not a sprint.
