| One of the toughest players I've seen at County. Just reading/reminding myself about his career at County. Apparently his transfer to Hartlepool - after a couple of seasons - for £6000 led to a bust-up between Freddie Pye (Chairman) and Mike Summerbee (Manager)which led to Mike Sumerbee calling it a day as a County manager. |
