    Ben has been a key integral part of the team and the defence, since his arrival in 2016.

    We can't really say that he's been lucky with the period he has played. Other keepers have played for us - Danny Hirst, Ian Ormson, Josh Barnes, Ross Fitzsimmons, Luca Ashby Hammond and Ethan Ross.

    None have displaced him. Every time another keeper has got into the side, they have never replaced Hinchliffe and he's won his place back.

    We can see how the whole defensive unit is weaker without Hinchliffe. They don't have the same confidence and they make errors, because they need more than just a good shot stopper.

    A keeper who commands his area, takes crosses, communicates with the defence.

    Hinchliffe isn't perfect, but this isn't an appearance record. It is a fantastic achievement to keep 100 clean sheets for any team, at any level.

    I hope he gets his chance in the Football League, even if we bring in another keeper to challenge him.
