    What a scrap this match turned out to be !! In the end we deserved to get the three points but chatting to Hedgegrower after the game , I agreed with him that Woking did edge things in the first half but thanks to Ben Hinchcliffe he produced one of two brilliant saves to keep us well in the hunt . Woking had at least four defenders over six foot six and the high crosses coming in were being easily dealt with by these beanpoles . The sending off ( not sure what Hogan did - the referee only just kept the match under control and again wasn’t qualified enough to manage these ‘ Powder Keg ‘ fixtures ) , but this and the three substitutes DC put on made a big difference . Newby played really well , Kitching slotted in perfectly and Ollie Crankshaw was causing havoc in their box . The goal was a peach from Ash and really as Woking looked tired and shattered we could have got a couple more goals ! But let’s not get too greedy , we may look back on this result in a month or two and think what a huge three points it was . The fans played their part , a good turnout of nearly 7,000 in the dire aftermath of Storm Zebadee , bring on Weymouth !
