Not sure he is even a cheap option. He might even become a great manager in the future for all we know, but let’s face the facts right now. We are nowhere near where we should be after 10 months in charge and the style of football is predictable, boring and easy to suss out. Surely this is not acceptable either to an owner who wants success or fans starved of success. Notts County saw our weakness down our left side today and exploited it. After the first goal went in, we all knew there was no way back for this side with these tactics. And more to the point, Notts County knew it too. They sat back and waited for County to come out of their shell and pounced. Quigley got no service in the air today and playing with no target man for the last part of the game was criminal. |
