Do you reckon the long ball game could be successful again? It would be interesting to see if defences could cope with a successful long ball team with two big bruising centre forwards upfront. Wimbledon had huge success with it back in the 90ís. Weíve then seen teams adopt the passing game and now itís all tippy tappy football playing too many passes in my opinion. I doubt the modern centre half in the Premier League could cope with endless balls coming at them. For me you canít beat a quick ball to a winger who puts in a cross for a big centre forward to power in a header.
