    From what I can gather, Stockport Community Leisure Company Limited was the holding company for Stockport County 2020 Limited and it already existed pre-Stott.

    Newco Stockport A Limited will have been set up to facilitate the purchase, which is why it now owns Stockport Community Leisure Company Limited now. That newco is owned by Select Group International Limited (formerly Stott Group), which itself has a holding company, Select Group International (Holdings) Limited.

    That holding company is owned by Stott.
