"You'll never beat Bill Williams" was a regular cry from the County terraces in the 1980's. Arguably one of the best defenders to pull on a County shirt, Bill notched up over 300 appearances in two spells from 1985 to 1998 and 1989 to 1994. Bill signed for Manchester City, but returned to County the following season. Bill has made a generous donation to the Danny Bergara appeal, along with a fantastic tribute.
