I'm not doubting him, I'm being objective.
Mark Stott has delivered some really positive work including the redevelopment of the Cheadle End and a fantastic training facility at Carrington, he has also (IMHO) made a big mistake regarding managerial changes...
I'd love to "enjoy the journey" and to a good extent I probably will, but in my position I would be failing the supporters if I also didn't ask questions and seek to hold the Club to account.
The Elwood years were great, but there was good and bad along the way. Ultimately Elwood left us in a very bad position and we suffered horrendously for the next decade, even going into administration.
It's important not to act as a cheer leader doss. If that debt is left on the Club it won't be good news at all. Mark Stott's exit strategy is critical to the long term future of our club and I hope he will do right by us.
