It's not easy to build momentum in a stop go season and then when the games are coming fast and furious the coaching is hampered, but with Jim's intelligence and commitment to getting better, and then better than that, plus our owner providing everything to provide a winning environment, there is only one way we are going to go. In the short term, JG will work his arse off with the players he has got. IF he can't make them the players that he thinks they are capable of, only then will he make any changes needed (and he's pretty good at that). As for the fkn subbuteo coaches slagging him off, they are only shouting their football ignorance from the rooftops.
