I can see a Chorley moment when it all clicks and the structure we look to be missing will appear when we least expect it.. As it is we drop to a back 7 when we defend but we tend to stay there when we get the ball back. It results in the long ball forward as the only option which frustrates because we have some of the best footballing players in the league at our disposal. Does the format suit the players? Are the players formatted out? Do they subconsciously revert to their natural game? I don't know but we aren't more than the sum of our parts. Yet. I reckon Jim will come upon a structure that will click and we will only need to change it occasionally. Just hope its a 4-1-3-2!
