If the most vulnerable who are likely to die or fall seriously ill are vaccinated in the next couple of months followed by those up to 50+ by the end of April, surely they can open things up (at least to Tier 2 or even 1) by April or May. How many fit and healthy younger people without underlying conditions have fallen seriously ill or died of it. There's a risk of getting Long Covid but there's also a risk of being in a traffic accident or being hit by a bus.
