Wasn’t it 4-4-2 against Chesterfied and 4-4-2 dosser for the first 20 mins against Rochdale when we were 2-0 up, then we changed formation and sat back and scraped home 2-1 We spend too much time IMO changing formations to suit the opposition rather than giving our expensively signed squad the freedom to impose our strengths on the opposition. Last night was dreadful, the team was all over the place, disorganised and the atmosphere between the players and JG when he joined them in the centre appeared to me in my opinion to be ice cold. |
