True that. Whenever we get excited about a player arriving, they never appear to be as good as we expect. Maybe the systems we play or confusion around their roles. Rooney is a good example of this as he seems to be unsure of where he should be playing. Jim's substitutions were odd today, and left us asking a lot of a 19 year old playing up front on his own when we were chasing the game. Hogan, after his alleged rant at Bell at Torquay, has given the ball away loads of times, missed a sitter and his heavy touch when he went on runs has made him look a bit of a mouthy git given his reaction to Bell. |
