I find myself having a bit of sympathy with both parties. But equally Mr Croasdale needs to understand that he is not the only human being impacted by the effects of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown. And as you say AFC Fylde need to learn to respect an employee's confidence. I get that they wanted to explain to fans that "it's not our fault" but to quote the level of detail and actual figures that they have is simply shocking. I guess that club will move on without him, but am not sure Mr Croasdale has made his future employment prospects any more straight forward.
