That would be up to you and Suedehead as you would be responsible for any issues arising
Given that this forum has gone from having the most registered users to now having the least (14) and having been forcibly closed and now having data corruption issues, we seem to have inadvertently arrived at a situation that many wanted - this board is no longer viable for the reasons mentioned above amongst others imho.
We can continue to re log users but their appetite for this will diminish after 3 or 4 password resets - how and why we ended up in this position is open to debate - for others My own enjoyment of the message board has lessened since the closure and I am in need of a sabbatical
I think we need to look at another option for the smaller number of posters who would like to continue using this format and to do that we would need to start again, having full control over the forum and how it operates and where we can avoid the little bits of enmity that have crept in between this and the new board (understandable given the relationship between the 2) but not really necessary My use of the 'we' here is not inclusive of myself but rather more a collective 'we' as my skills are limited, but seeing as we now have so few registered users it might now be best to move on rather than run the risk of more disruption
Equally posters who are excluded from the new board are also automatically excluded here - some autonomy here is needed imho
When this placed closed and some people (myself included) felt that the writing was on the wall and still is, some contingency was talked about - may be that now needs to go a bit further. My own reasoning for this is that whilst the new board is the way forward for the large majority, being a lifelong County fan I was not happy to see the smaller number of contributors here thrown on the scrapheap for want of a better phrase - underdogs and all that.
They deserve a better option than where we are now imho - open to criticism of course, I expect nothing less, but I might just busy myself logging users on here until such time as it perhaps becomes unnecessary.
