    Sorry to hear this. My business operates in the hospitality sector and we have been really hard hit as have many others. One piece of advice for your son would be to get very active on Linked In. Not sure if he's on it already but it's a great place to start his search. Everyone else on there is usually very helpful and will share stuff with their network. There are also lots of recruitment companies active on their too and plenty of advertised jobs. Happy to help him get set up if required and give him some tips on making the best use of it.
