    It will be all about mitigating personal risk IMO and we will each decide on that evaluation but I suppose there will have to be a benchmark level directive to start with, and who sets that and at what level it is will be the $64000 question.

    Seems the crowds on the beaches and at "raves" and street parties etc knew the risk and decided to take it...the problem is they could then spread it to those who were cautious and didnt risk but suffered anyway?

    Its bloody complicated thats for sure!
