    It should really only be registered and those who contribute who get a vote anyway shouldn't it?

    If they want to vote then they can register, not a problem.

    It looks a little more even certainly and that is perhaps some changing their mind and perhaps both ways.

    I do think once some in that thread vote one way or the other rather than talking about it then there will be a clearer picture.
