There’s a difference to be fair (and I say this as a disliker of Fylde and the Conservatives).
Fylde mixed politics with football by hosting the rally in the first place, and plastering that pro-Brexit poster over their car park gates. In doing so, their owner has effectively brandished the whole club a Conservative football club.
If it’s all kept out of the football club and to his other business ventures, and there’s no wrongdoing, I just don’t see it as an issue in terms of football ownership. Obviously a different situation where there’s any wrongdoing etc involved.
