Money for the airport will come from Capital Expenditure which gets money from grants, borrowing, capital receipts from sales of assets. Not likely to get any money from revenue spend budgets. Two different budgets Greater Mcr Councils receive million’s from the airport ( £110 million the other year) so they must support it In hopefully the short term.
