I'm not asking about the government's words, I'm asking you about your words:
Would you agree that what then happened - and where I think you are confusing matters - it was on Sunday the UK government contacted theTurkish government and promptly resolved the Turkish logistical problem which was causing the delay?
Big Clue - The adjective prompt can mean when you prompt someone and you motivate them in some way: you might offer a reminder, assistance, or even inspiration to do something"
Makes no sense as you weren't using 'prompt' the verb (not an adjective), you were using 'promptly', the adverb:
"1. with little or no delay; immediately. 2. at exactly a specified time; punctually."
Considering the logistical problem causing the delay hasn't been promptly resolved, as you suggested it had, would you accept that your words were not factual?
A simple yes or no will do.
Or of course you can continue with the usual bluster and evading of answering a question you know you're over a barrel on by crying sTaLkEr!!! about someone responding to you on a public messageboard. If you've got a problem in that regard, please consult with the relevant admin on here and I'm sure they'll deal with the situation as per the terms and conditions of this board.
