    I want this season to resume when it’s safe to do so, and it’s genuinely nothing to do with County. I’m confident we were not going up nor down either way.

    It’s about the integrity of the competition. There’s no point in having a league if we’re not going to see it through. In fact, there’s no point in football at all if you’re just going to pretend it never happened. And again, for the millionth time, no-one should play football until it is safe to do so.

    If this season gets cancelled, and Bury sue for re-entry into the league, I hope they win.
