As things stand every team can stay up and all bar 6 (not the bottom 6 incidentally) can get above Barrow. TC's idea is as good as any because it takes away opinions of individuals who may have a vested interest in the outcome. I reckon there will be than just a couple of clubs disappearing before the next season kicks off and we may see more then just a couple of promotions from the leagues below us.
