Given the current crisis and its likely knock-on effects on the economy, I can't think of a more inauspicious time to launch a scheme this size! Although the fact that a substantial part of this is residential may work in its favour: it's certainly in a good location, and only 5 mins from EP too.
But it will also be interesting to watch the Stockport Exchange office scheme (by the station) to see if progress there slows down. I fear all these schemes will suffer to some extent.
