The lack of testing for the virus explains the relatively low level of cases against deaths.
Doesnt explain all of the recovery figure. Once a case is declared then is either in progress, death or recovery.
Looks like we dont bother moving people from in progress to recovered after a period of time. We had 1543 cases 2 weeks ago so should have more recovered by now?
Clearly if we were testing for antibodies then we could declare a lot of recoveries that were never originally declared as cases.
