    THe country is spending untold hundreds of billions of pounds, INtroducing all sorts of draconian legislation.

    Surely if this was an issue, just nationalise the company, or take some other action to force this?

    Of course, this may be what has happened behind the scenes. Or come compensation offered , or whatever.
