Only problem presumably is that presumably the numbers of cases heavily influenced by how much testing a country is doing.
But on the stats, UK is relatively low at the moment in terms of cases/1M population.
How long it stays that way depends on success of UK strategy compared to others. It seems our strategy is not to minimise cases/population, but to minimise total deaths.
