The NHS is not a total disaster, its simply wasteful and could do better , as in other countries.
And obviously if many more billions were thrown into the abyss of the NHS coffers then more improvement on its performance could theoretically be achieved BUT that still does not detract from the problems the management are currently creating...it would simply compound their incompetence.
