Any manager needs the opportunity to build their own team though. When you look at Mourinho's record at Manchester United (2nd place in the premier league, Europa League winners), I think most of their fans would snap your hand off if you offered them that now. Also, Spurs are without Kane and Son, plus Erikkson has left. Losing three players of that quality is going to have an impact on any team.
