A good number of players just seem to have given up.
Many are playing at 80%. Not fully committed, not motivated.
Festus seems to have had his head turned. He was at fault for one of the goals on Saturday. He made an error letting the ball bounce, OK it happens, but the it was shocking that he made no effort to track back and rectify the error. He just slowly saunters back and lets Palmer and Hinchliffe deal with it.
Can remember Roy Keane saying if you make an error then you need to own it and ensure you track back and rectify that error. Absolutely correct.
And it's not just Festus. Turnbull lost his head and left us with 10 men for a whole half. Lack of commitment all over the pitch.
