Definitely agree on the need for that 'box to box' midfielder, and still think Osbourne can be that player.. although he looked unusually hesitant for me when he came on at the weekend, could he be one of those players who doesn't cope so well with being pitched into the action midway? Also on Bell. A standout performance for me second half, won everything he could, chased everything down he couldn't, and consistently brought others into attack, highlighted what we're not getting (yet) from Archer. Needs to start next game surely. One other thought- watching Notts County game at teatime, their central mid, big strong lad, took a ball thirty yards forward from half way and hammered into the top corner. I don't suppose he does that every week, but wouldn't it be great to have that sort of threat in our locker?
