    The spine of the team is a problem. Keeper, Centre Half, Central Midfielder and Goalscorer used to be the most important positions in the side. As it stands our Keeper and Main Central Defender Ash Palmer will be leaving us as they don't wish tp go Full Time.

    Our Midfielders are Defensive in the manner in which they play - I'm sure Jim doesn't expect them to be in touching distance of the back 4 so neither could be described as "Central" which leaves one other who tends to play the number 10 role behind the Striker but has to drop back to fill the gap.

    A Goalscorer who scores would be welcome.
