It doesn't matter who the manager is, someone who has achieved what Jim has since coming back, even without previous association with the club, should have an iron clad safe job right now. If (for example) Ian Watson had taken over after Young left, and achieved what Jim has, I'd still be of the opinion that his job was completely safe right now.
ANY talk of replacing the manager is pointless and ignorant.
