Well, he's not been found guilty yet. But assuming that outcome, it's difficult to pin a cause on it, isn't it? You could argue that it's arrogance or abuse of his position (or a combination of the two) but then we know that other men who have no such power will sexually assualt women for whatever reason, none of them defendable, but mostly which seem to revolve around wielding power.
